About Zywejyu

Entrepreneurship
taught
differently

Zywejyu is an online seminar platform built around one idea: that learning entrepreneurship works best when you can pause, question, and argue a point. We provide structured sessions where participants genuinely engage with the material rather than absorbing it passively.

What we do

Online seminars on entrepreneurship

Each session runs as a structured discussion rather than a lecture. A facilitator presents a real-world business scenario - a pricing decision, a market entry problem, a team conflict - and participants work through it together. The format is designed for people who already have some context and want to test their thinking against others.

How the sessions run

Sessions are capped at a small group size so every participant can contribute. Materials are distributed in advance - readings, case summaries, data sets - so discussion time isn't spent on background. Recordings are available after each session for review, but the live interaction is the core of the experience.

  • Small groups - typically 8 to 14 participants per session
  • Pre-session materials sent 48 hours before each meeting
  • Sessions held online - accessible from Szczecin and surrounding areas
  • Follow-up notes and session recordings available after each meeting

Entrepreneurship seminar facilitation in practice

The facilitation approach Discussion over lecture

Facilitators at Zywejyu come from practical backgrounds - people who have run businesses, managed teams, or navigated funding decisions. They don't teach from textbooks. Instead they bring specific situations they've encountered and use them as the starting point for group analysis. The goal is to help participants develop their own reasoning, not to hand them a framework and call it done.

  • Facilitators with direct business experience, not only academic credentials
  • Case material drawn from real decisions, not constructed examples
  • Participants expected to challenge, question, and disagree

Weronika Dąb

Lead Facilitator

The person leading sessions Practitioner, not presenter

Weronika has spent several years working with early-stage ventures across different industries - from retail logistics to service-based businesses. She joined Zywejyu because the seminar format matched how she thinks about learning: you understand something properly only after you've had to defend a position on it. Her sessions tend to focus on decisions under incomplete information, which is most of what running a business actually involves.

Participants describe her sessions as demanding in a useful way - the kind where you leave with a clearer sense of what you actually think, rather than a list of things you were told.

Who the sessions are for A specific kind of learner

Zywejyu sessions work best for people who already have some exposure to business - whether through study, a job, or their own attempts at something. The format assumes you can follow a financial argument or recognise a strategic trade-off. It's not an introduction to entrepreneurship; it's a place to work through the harder questions that come after the basics.

If you're based in Szczecin or nearby and want access to substantive discussion without needing to travel, the online format makes that straightforward. Sessions run on a schedule, materials arrive in advance, and the rest happens in a shared virtual room.
