Recognizing the situation

You already know what you want - finding the path is the hard part

Most people who join Zywejyu seminars aren't beginners in the abstract sense. They have an idea, sometimes a draft business plan, maybe even a first client. What they're missing is a structured way to think through the gaps - cash flow timing, legal setup, who the customer actually is. These aren't things you figure out by reading alone. They take guided discussion and honest feedback from people working through the same territory.

Online access means sessions fit around work and family commitments - not the other way around. Participants from Szczecin and smaller surrounding towns attend the same seminars without travel overhead.

  • Small groups - no more than 14 participants per session
  • Discussion-led format, not lecture-only delivery
  • Topics drawn from current market conditions, not textbook scenarios

Participant experiences

"Before joining, I had a business idea but no idea how to price my services without underselling. The session on cost structure changed how I thought about the whole thing. I went back and repriced everything - and my margins actually made sense for the first time."

"I kept putting off registering the company because I didn't understand which legal structure made sense for subcontracting. We spent 40 minutes on exactly that scenario in one session. I had my questions answered by someone who'd actually been through it, not a generic explainer."

Diagnosis before content

Each seminar series starts with a short intake - what stage you're at, what's blocking you. This shapes which topics get more time and which examples the facilitator reaches for. Generic syllabi don't adapt. This one does.

Case-led discussion

Sessions run from a real scenario, not a slide deck. Participants work through a specific business situation - a pricing decision, a market entry question - before the framework is introduced. Understanding sticks when you've already wrestled with the problem.

Peer review built in

Every participant brings a live piece of their business - a pricing sheet, a one-pager, a product description. Others respond with specific observations. Feedback from peers who've just worked through the same material is often more useful than expert commentary alone.

Connected to real conditions

Curriculum updated from what's happening now

Topics covered in Zywejyu seminars are reviewed before each new series based on what participants are actually encountering - changes in VAT thresholds, shifts in consumer spending patterns in the region, new regulations affecting small businesses in Poland. A seminar built on last year's assumptions isn't useful when you're making decisions this quarter.

Facilitators maintain active contact with practitioners in the field - accountants, legal advisors, and founders running businesses in Szczecin and the surrounding area - so the examples used in sessions reflect current conditions, not hypothetical ones.
